How long does it take to receive items?
This depends on the particular item that you purchase. We always try and ship to you as fast as possible, although it will depend on which shopping option you choose.
Can we track our purchase?
All purchases are sent recorded delivery via USPS and have tracking attached to them so that you can track your purchase. You will receive a unique tracking number which you can then use to see where your purchase is.
How much is shipping?
When you reach checkout, you will see how much shipping is depending on your location and items.
Where are items being shipped from?
Our fulfillment house is located in New Jersey. All of our items are shipped via USPS.
What is your refund policy?
All items purchased from Sue Hawthorne are covered by our strict no questions asked refund policy. What this means is, that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason then we will refund you without any squabble.
We only want happy customers!
We will ask you to mail back the item to our US warehouse and will prepay the shipping for you.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is broken or not to your taste, we will refund or replace it according to your wishes.
